Happiness rarely comes so easy.

Good Grief

So wow, hi. Been awhile eh?

I'm still alive, doing my thing. I've primarily migrated over to Facebook and Twitter which is why this has run dry as if the past 5-6 months or so.. However I'm thinking of trying to keep up here at least weekly again. An impromptu new year's resolution perhaps.

The year has gotten off to a great start, cementing and growing new friendships, working out, riding the good vibes wave from Christmastime.. Now it's time to buckle down and get myself ready for what feels like a blockbuster year.

Breathe

Sometimes it's good to write a poem, just to let your heart breathe.
Let is say things you could never say, then let the wind carry it away, lost.
Then close your heart back up, the tension eased, and hope it's a long while before you need to write again..

Why It's Good to Be Alive

Sometimes life puts in your path something to remind you of what makes life joyful, beautiful, and worth living. It can be exceedingly simple, yet deeply profound. That's how I found this video, so I decided to share it with you.

Moving

So I'm moving soon. Staying in the Kansas City area, but I need to find a place cheap enough to afford on my own, when I'm done with school. Somewhere between 4-500 I'm thinkin'.

I have a few options open to me, it's just the finding and deciding that is tricky.

In other news, life is otherwise pretty great. Yay.

(Most boring entry ever? Mebbe so.)
